SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Returns
For online purchases, you have 14 days to contact us to arrange a return once your item is received. We will provide you the details of the courier to arrange the return.
Items must be shipped within 14 days of contacting us and the return cost is covered by the customer. If the item is damaged when it is received by us a refund will not be issued. Otherwise a refund will be issued within 10 working days.
If the item is damaged or not as described when delivered to the customer, please contact us and we will arrange a refund and collection of the item.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is usually within 3–5 working days from purchase. If you need delivery by a particular date, please get in touch and we will do our best to arrange this.
We offer delivery across the UK, with pricing based on item size and location.

Collection or Arrange Your Own Courier

Once your order is confirmed, we will be in touch to arrange a suitable collection time. The collection address will be provided at this stage.
Items are the responsibility of the buyer once collected. If you choose to arrange your own courier, this is done at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss or damage once the item has been collected from us.
International Delivery
We offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with the item and delivery address for a tailored quote.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
